Sprayed urethane is the best insulator for the exterior walls: Sprayed urethane offers a great R-value (6 per inch), and sticks to all surfaces. Contrary to panels made with rigid insulators, urethane sticks perfectly to concrete, without the need for any joints. Furthermore, it won’t let mould form since it won’t let air or dampness get through.
